I love the regimen and have found that it is the easiest weight loss I have ever tried. It is also the most successful! I have lost 26 pounds since 6/28/10! I am now looking at the calendar and planning my next low cal round.

I went through 2 cycles and lost 30 pounds and a total of 17 inches! I fell like a million dollars! I’m finished for now, but may try again next summer to loose the last 8 pounds for my goal weight. Thanks for all your support.

The McKimSlim program has helped me in more ways than losing weight. After having two children very close together I had weight that I just could not get off, beginning on the HCG diet I did not have high expectations. However thru out the process not only did I lose 20 lbs my first time on the drops I gained more energy, which was the most amazing benefit from this experience. I have more energy when getting home to spend quality time with my children, to run and play with them and not feel worn out. Prior to the diet I had experienced daily headaches I have been off the drops for almost three months and I have not had a headache since! I would recommend and encourage anyone to try the McKimSlim program regardless of what their weight loss goals are. Not only do I feel better overall I have more confidence in myself!

Just wanted to let you know how great I feel “post “McKim Slim”. I am maintaining a 25 pound weight loss and not finding it hard to do. I learned alot about self control and eating right, so I don’t feel deprived (although I miss cupcakes!). I did manage to eat about a pound of Five Guys Cajun Fries a couple of weeks ago and were they good! (okay maybe not a pound but close). I am pretty good at rebounding after moments of weakness (have not had but a couple). My husband is constantly complimenting me on my improved look which is very motivating. I have not had to do any Steak Days! I feel really good!

Working with Dr. Josh McKim isn’t something I’m new to. He helped my mother and father with their chiropractic needs over the past years, as well as my wife with some of her chemical imbalances. Initially he didn’t offer the program to me, but to my mother. After seeing the success that she was having I asked if men were able to participate. We looked over the process, and I said let’s try it. One cycle later I had dropped 18 pounds. The first day I lost 6 pounds and probably could have lost more but my goal was only 15 pounds. I have to say the results were what I was looking for in a diet. I don’t have time to work out or exercise for 2 hours 5 days a week. I’m not in high school anymore, and it’s hard to find something that works and fits into my every day routine. If you’re like me and don’t have time to change your daily routine, but have the ability and discipline to change your diet, you’ll be happy with the way you look in a very short period of time.

The first of October I started The McKimSlim weight loss program. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but as each day passed and I saw the weight drop I became more and more excited. The program was so easy to follow and seeing the results makes it all worth it. I was on the program for 27 days and lost 26 pounds, and 2 pant sizes. I am a diabetic, with high blood pressure. I am not insulin dependent. I was taking three medications for my diabetes and two for my blood pressure. Since losing the weight, I have been able to drop two of my diabetes and one blood pressure medication. What a difference this program made for me and the lifestyle I want to have. I feel healthier and have so much more energy. Now my husband complains about having to keep up with me instead of the other way around. I am looking forward to getting back on the program again since my new goal will be to lose another 25 pounds, and maybe even get to drop the remaining medications.

I am amazed at the weight loss and the maintenance of that weight loss that I have experienced with the McKimSlim program. I have never lost weight so easily. I went through two cycles and lost a total of 32 pounds. I am now at the same weight I was as an 18 year old! I went from having a 40″ waist to a 34″ waist. I feel much better and have more energy. The amazing thing with this weight loss program is that it only took 26 days each cycle in comparison to spending hours in a gym getting nowhere.

I had started the HCG diet weighing in at about 138 lbs. I was nervous, wanting to make sure I did this right and really not knowing what to expect; everyoneʼs different right? Phase 1, the two gorging days were obviously a piece of cake! Or I guess I should say they were probably more like 5 pieces of cake. I tried my best to get in as many calories as possible those two days. Phase 2 was actually easier than I had expected. I really enjoyed it. I had alertness in the mornings and had enough energy throughout the day to keep going. I didnʼt attempt to exercise at all; had no desire. I averaged losing between 1/2 – 1 lb./ day for the first 10 days. On the 11th day I hit a peak, where I stayed the same weight for about 5 days. After that, I went back to losing 1/2 – 1 lb./day. I weighed out of phase 2 at 121.3 lbs. I was super excited about starting Phase 3 but quickly learned some things; Even though I was allowed as much food as I wanted, I was also supposed to be getting re-aquainted with my smaller appetite and really trying to learn the feeling of being full and not just eating because something tasted so good. This is when I gained weight and ended up needing a steak day to reset my weight. I would eat when I wasnʼt hungry and pack on the pounds. I did discover that if I was desperate to chew on something but wasnʼt hungry, it was wise to eat something safe like an apple, strawberries, grapefruit or an orange. It worked! I am so excited and can honestly say, I have NEVER enjoyed a diet until now. I am excited about the days ahead and donʼt ever want to go back to my old eating habits. I would tell anyone about this!!! I believe it could work for most people… if not everyone!!! Inches Iʼve lost between February 22, 2010- March 31, 2010 6 1/4 in. waist, 4 3/4 in. hips, 3 1/2 in. midway, 5 in. thighs (2 1/2 in. each), 3 in. knees (1 1/2 in. each), 1 3/4 in. calves (R: 3/4 in., L: 1 in.), 2 in. upper arms (1 in. each), 1/2 in. forearms (1/4 in. each)

I have completed 23 days and lost 13 pounds. This has been the easiest diet I’ve been on and I have tried many, many diets over the last 20 years. It’s become habit too. I don’t think I’ll ever cook with oil again. I love using chicken broth and salad never tasted so good with just apple cider vinegar and some fresh herbs. I feel great!
